Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and priority levels
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform quality checks to ensure product integrity and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workstation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document transactions and update inventory systems accurately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
