As a vital part of our fulfillment center, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Select and verify items from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and digital orders with high accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status in real-time.
- Ensure the packing station and work area are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and meet daily production targets.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for quality control and completeness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend pick lists and packing instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
