Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise orders with a focus on 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Load and unload delivery trucks accurately using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
