Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move stock.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift leads and team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for high performers.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to arriving on time.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management software quickly.
