Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely
- Scan and verify items using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Bronx facility
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (35°F)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
