Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to company specifications and delivery schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners with precision
- Inspect products for damage and quality issues before shipment preparation
- Maintain organized inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order processing
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work site
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings
