Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse shelves using RF scanners
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring no damage
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Meet productivity targets and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picker/packer role is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
