Responsibilities
- Picking and packing merchandise accurately according to customer orders.
- Labeling, sorting, and staging products for shipment.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards.
- Inspecting goods for damage and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Working efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work various shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
