Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Scan and label packages using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Houston facility
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
