Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Track inventory using barcode scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Document warehouse activities and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (some roles require)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to North San Antonio location
