Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, nights, or weekends
