Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Verify product quality and ensure packaging meets company standards for shipment.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for the shipping department.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in loading trucks and organizing inventory storage areas as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
