Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing them into boxes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn how to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
