Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and pick tickets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech tools
