Responsibilities
- Select and verify items from warehouse shelves using scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Package items securely for shipment using appropriate materials and methods.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcode labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Assist with loading trucks and moving pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
