Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select products from shelves and package them securely for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Verification: Ensure accuracy by verifying order quantities against packing slips and inventory systems.
- Material Handling: Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move stock within the warehouse safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and using scanning technology.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement.
