Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse workflow following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Update inventory systems in real-time using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
