Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Ensure accuracy of all items picked to minimize returns and errors.
- Inspect items for damage and package them securely using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Load outbound shipments onto pallets or conveyor belts efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and logistics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
