Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing items for damage, defects, or discrepancies before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage during the picking and packing process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shifts.
