Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from inventory shelves using handheld scanners.
- Prepare packages for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and secure wrapping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training is provided on-site.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate a handheld RF scanner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
