Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Retrieve merchandise from storage locations and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners to accurately log inventory movements and update stock levels in real-time.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets safety standards before dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
