Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized inventory in zone-based storage systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Meet/exceed hourly productivity targets (150-200 units/hour)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Reliable transportation to North Seattle facility
- Flexible availability (shifts include weekends/early mornings)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
