Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and verify products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Package and label items securely to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld devices efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding lifting and handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and picking.
- Must be available for full-time hours and pass a background check and drug screen.
