Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS systems to track inventory.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Available to work full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
