Responsibilities
- Pick items from warehouse shelves based on digital order tickets
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials and techniques
- Scan and label packages for shipment tracking
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment after training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to San Jose facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
