Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
