Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Organize warehouse aisles to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
