Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Stage completed orders for timely shipping and loading
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating vehicles)
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
