Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners to verify inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
