Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify inventory levels and ensure stock rotation (FIFO).
- Label, box, and shrink-wrap products according to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
