Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and barcode scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment
- Label and package products securely for shipment
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode systems
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Forklift certification a plus but not required
