Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices with 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of products against pick lists and packing slips.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the East Boston facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
