Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from the warehouse shelves using scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packing.
- Operate powered industrial trucks or pallet jacks as required (training provided).
- Process returns and manage inventory adjustments accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if applicable (loading docks).
