Responsibilities
- Accurate Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with high precision and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage before packaging and shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep workstations tidy and organized to maximize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable transportation method to get to work on time.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors and returns.
- Availability: Must be available for day and night shifts as needed.
