Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems with high accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage before packing and ensure all labels and packaging materials are applied correctly.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts by conducting cycle counts and updating stock locations as necessary.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor belts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve order discrepancies and streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk continuously, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
