Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately retrieve products from the warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inventory Management: Verify stock levels and report discrepancies to management to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Load outbound trucks efficiently, ensuring orders are palletized correctly and securely.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA guidelines).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to use scanners and packing tools.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
