Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are free of defects before packing.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Update inventory systems in real-time to reflect stock movements accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
