Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from shelves and bins based on digital picking tickets.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety and quality standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to log inventory movements.
- Wrap, label, and stage orders for timely shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and quality control checks.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for verifying labels and quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
