As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that every customer receives their order accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure accurate inventory counts and scanning.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
