Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely and prepare them for shipping according to company standards.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all shipping labels are correctly applied.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe work environment within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certified preferred).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
