Responsibilities
- Efficiently retrieve products from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices to fulfill customer orders.
- Verify item counts and condition against packing slips to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Update inventory status in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow and resolve order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
