Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks daily
- Maintain organized and safe workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to strict productivity and quality metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picker-packer experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- OSHA forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Proficiency in RF scanning technology
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
