Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, verify, and pack products to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory in real-time.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move stock safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on minimizing errors.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
