Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before shipping.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload trailers in a timely manner, verifying freight accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
