Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise from shelves and warehouse areas accurately according to customer orders.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to process orders efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks when required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
