Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damages before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all warehouse shelves are organized, labeled, and maintained to company safety standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston, TX facility.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
