Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on the job.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
