Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to verify items.
- Ensure all packages are accurately labeled and ready for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels/documents.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
