- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are properly packaged to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse supervisors regarding inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
