Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily for safety issues and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Organize stock, maintain inventory records, and ensure a clean, safe workspace compliant with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and update digital tracking systems accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic patterns, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed during peak times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (preferred but not required for the right candidate).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
